Whether singing her heart out in her jazz show or performing with her off-the-wall cabaret band the Good Time Girls, Amy Michaels keeps the audience totally entertained.<\/p>\n

Amy has been wowing audiences around Australia for over 12 years playing in some of Australia\u2019s premier festivals and venues from sell out crowds at the Adelaide Fringe Festival.<\/p>\n

A strong singer\/songwriter, Amy Michaels has a voice that bends from Karen Carpenter, Joan Baez to the golden vocal chords of some of the great folk and RnB singers of our time.<\/p>\n

I love singing in a number of different styles. I think that being able to show different colours and timbres in your voice is a vital element to good singing. I try to take the audience on a journey of different sounds and voices during the night and work hard at creating the voices we\u2019re most familiar with, while injecting my own style to give the songs something fresh.<\/p>\n
